At The Garden Gates, we strive to ensure your luxury outdoor decor exceeds expectations; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made items, such as certain cast stone fountains and personalized planters, may be subject to restocking fees or final sale terms.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials and crates to ensure they are protected during transit, as items damaged due to poor packaging cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
